The short version: If you subscribe, I collect your email address and use it to send you the newsletter. I never sell or rent it, and you can leave with one click in any issue.
What I collect
- Your email address, when you subscribe to Signals from the Curve.
- Basic engagement data tied to the emails — whether a message was opened or a link clicked — collected by my email provider so I can tell what's useful.
- Standard server and analytics data when you visit the site (e.g. page requests), the ordinary technical logs any website receives.
How I use it
- To send you the newsletter and the guide you signed up for.
- To understand, in aggregate, which issues land — so the writing gets better.
- Nothing else. No selling, no renting, no sharing your address with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes it
The newsletter runs on Beehiiv, which stores subscriber data and handles sending on my behalf; their privacy terms govern that processing. The website is hosted on Hostinger. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime via the link at the bottom of every email — it takes effect immediately.
- Access or delete your data: email me at chris@attainable.ai and I'll handle it.
