Close the Gap.
Lead the Shift.

AI is improving exponentially. Most organizations are adopting linearly. Every month you wait, the gap widens. I help executives and their teams build the fluency, trust, and adoption plans to close it — with confidence, not panic.

Workshops & Adoption Programs

Speaking opens minds. Workshops change behavior. This is where the real work happens.

Leadership AI Fluency Workshop

Half-day or full-day. For executive teams and senior leaders.

Build shared language, align on what AI can and can't do, identify high-leverage starting points, and leave with an adoption plan you'll actually execute.

AI Adoption Plan Intensive

Multi-session engagement. For organizations ready to move from awareness to action.

A structured process to map where AI creates value in your operations, build the trust and capability to use it well, and design the rollout that closes your exponential gap.

Workforce Transition Strategy

Project-based engagement. For organizations facing large-scale workforce change.

Design and facilitate the conversations, capability-building, and change architecture required to move people and technology forward together — not in opposition.

Ready to Close Your Gap?

Whether it's a keynote that shifts thinking or a workshop that builds an adoption plan — the next step is a short conversation.

The Exponential Gap

AI capability is growing exponentially. Organizational adoption is growing linearly. The space between those two curves is where competitive advantage — or competitive collapse — gets decided.

Why Linear Adoption Won't Cut It

For most of our careers, we could look at people 5-10 years ahead and see a path to follow. AI is changing work so quickly that the past is no longer a reliable map. Organizations that adopt incrementally — one tool at a time, one team at a time — fall further behind every quarter. Closing the gap requires small, consistent changes in how people work with AI that compound into breakthrough capability.

Adoption Before Implementation

Most AI initiatives fail not because the technology doesn't work, but because organizations skip straight to building. Before you implement, you need an adoption plan: shared fluency, real trust, a clear-eyed view of where AI creates value, and frameworks people can actually use. Implementation without adoption is expensive cleanup. Adoption first is how you compound.

Building Trust in Human-AI Collaboration

This isn't about tools. It's about responsible cognitive offloading — deciding what you hand off to AI, what you never outsource, and what you co-create. It's about knowing when not to use AI, protecting spaces for deep thinking and real human connection. Trust is the hidden variable in every AI initiative. Build it, and adoption follows. Skip it, and even the best technology stalls.

Stay Human at the Speed of Change.

I've trained 15,000+ people on AI. I taught AI Strategy at Columbia University. I serve on the Board of Trustees of Transylvania University. I've deployed AI strategy at Fortune 50 scale. Now I help leaders build trust in human-AI collaboration — and lead through the exponential shift.

Beyond the credentials, my work is grounded in a specific posture: scholar-practitioner. A decade of teaching at Columbia keeps me anchored in research and frameworks that hold up to scrutiny. Years as a Fortune 50 AI executive taught me how AI actually gets deployed — and why it often doesn't. And through my company, Attainable, I build AI solutions for the emerging needs of organizations across sectors.

At the heart of all of it is a powerful throughline: shaping belief through narrative-powered transformation. I connect people to powerful ideas through storytelling and facilitation, bringing complex systems to life with clarity, empathy, and enthusiasm. Technical transformation fails without narrative. Adoption follows belief.

My Approach

Academic Rigor

A decade of teaching at Columbia University means I ground everything in research, evidence, and frameworks that hold up to scrutiny. But I translate that rigor into language that lands with practitioners, not just scholars.

Corporate Execution

Years as a Fortune 50 AI executive taught me how AI actually gets deployed — and why it often doesn't. I've lived the politics, the resource constraints, and the moments where strategy meets reality.

Entrepreneurial Action

Through Attainable, I build solutions for real problems. That startup DNA keeps me focused on what works, not just what sounds good in a presentation.
